Commercial Beverage Cooler Capacity Calculator
Enter your target bottle or can quantity and packaging size. Compare estimated display capacities and find a practical 1–4 door glass-door beverage cooler.
01 / Your beverage requirements
Assumes upright, single-level placement per shelf; no stacking cans on top of one another. Actual capacities require internal shelf diagrams and load testing.
Estimates are for preliminary selection only. External dimensions do not equal usable internal dimensions.

What beverage sizes are commonly used?
These are reference package dimensions, not universal standards. PET and glass bottle formats differ considerably across brands, markets and suppliers.
How is the estimate calculated?
Estimated packages per shelf = floor(assumed usable width ÷ [package diameter + 10 mm spacing]) × floor(assumed usable depth ÷ [package diameter + 10 mm spacing]). Shelf levels = floor(assumed usable cabinet height ÷ [package height + 30 mm vertical clearance]), capped at 8. Multiply the two and then apply the chosen practical packing factor. The model with sufficient capacity for your target plus stock margin is suggested first.
For the selected Yichuhui upright series, external cabinet size is 600/1200/1800/2400 × 650 × 2020 mm, and published effective volume is 385/832/1277/1723 L. Usable internal shelf geometry is not available in this tool. For illustration only, the calculator assumes internal usable width = external width minus 140 mm minus 25 mm per door, usable shelf depth = 440 mm, and 1450 mm vertical usable storage height. These assumptions should be replaced with actual shelf specifications before quoting a guaranteed bottle capacity.
Should you select a beverage cooler for soda, beer, wine, or food?
For capacity calculations, packaging dimensions matter more than whether the drink is soda or beer. Beer bottles may be glass and taller than cans. Wine bottles need special attention to shelf load limits, upright shelf height, serving temperatures and whether the cabinet is suited to wine storage. The referenced standard series operates at 2–8°C; it is not a freezer and should not automatically be considered a long-term wine cabinet or approved food-storage refrigerator. Always verify required storage temperature, climate rating, power supply and shelf load.
Send the actual bottle diameter, height, target quantity and market to Yichuhui for shelf and model confirmation.
